There’s no doubt that if you run a Beretta 92, you’ve heard of Langdon Tactical Technology (LTT). If not, get on that. They’re known for doing things a little different, as Will pointed out. Their latest offering is one that 92 guys and gals have been asking for. LTT is now offering the standalone 92 Elite LTT Red Dot Optic Ready Slide, or RDO Slide, if I want to avoid carpal tunnel.
You asked for it and Langdon Tactical Technology (LTT) listened. The standalone 92 Elite LTT Red Dot Optic Ready Slide (Full-Size) is now available for purchase.
What Stands Out About the Standalone RDO Slide
First, all you 92 nerds need to take a hit of that inhaler. All good? Let’s begin. The LTT RDO Slide is going to run you $572 naked. Take another hit off that inhaler. The RDO Slide will come to you ready to go. Once you install your optic, barrel, and recoil assembly, just slap it on your frame and get to slapping steel. The slides are finished in black Cerakote, and come with the Trijicon RMR footprint adapter plate installed for you.
Unfortunately, only full-size slides are available for now, but the compact slides are coming. The full-size RDO Slide will work on the 92 FS and later models. Hold your horses if you have a 92A1 or 92s, though, as these are not compatible, as the A1’s are thicker. Along with the naked slides, Langdon Tactical barrels, recoil springs, and guide rods can be added to your order if you are completing a full build. You can find those on their website, as well. LTT is very clear about compatibility and suggestions for those with older guns, as well as shipping times. All of this can be found on the RDO product page. While you’re feverishly trying to buy one before they get backed up, hit up their Instagram and Facebook pages.
